Partial reading list ... 2002

At some point during '02 I got ambitious and thought I would keep track of what I had read. Well, I didn't put as much energy into the project as it deserved. I'm leaving this around to maybe prod myself into doing better in the future (since it is fun to see what it is I did read, months or years ago...)

The following books were quite good:

  • The Old, Weird America and The Dustbin of History by Greil Marcus.
  • Feersum Endjinn by Iain Banks.
  • I Killed Hemingway by William MacCranor Henderson.
  • The Years of Rice and Salt by Kim Stanley Robinson.
  • Dying Inside by Robert Silverberg
  • The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell.
  • Light Music by Kathleen Goonan.
(I'm leaving out a handful of less-than-inspiring books that I read as well).
